    Which one to build?

Hey every one, well I think im almost ready to build Either the 2006 or the hybred, just a couple more jobs to do to gather the funds. The machine I have built is the solsylva and Im having nothing but problems with it, Just not ridged enough or just did not do a great job on the build, but it likes to shake a bit.
So if you were me which would you build first, Im sure I can cut out parts for either machine on the one I have now.My goal is to have 4 machines operating at one time in the future. I have all the wood working tools I need to build either. Also will be using my Xylotex drivers and motors for a while.Any way any advice would be very helpfull. Thanks Graham.

You can build the 2006 for a fair amount less than the hybrid. The hybrid is more rigid and has double the cutting area.
Which is more important to you?

Hey Bob thanks for the reply, well thats the thing, no matter which joes machine I build is going to be more ridged than the one I have now.But with the 2006 I have most of the parts from the one I have now. Just need some mdf and gas pipe. Hmmm mabe ill do the 2006 first as there are a ton of threads on here about the build. Well thanks for making up my mind for me lol. But I sure do like the looks of the hybred, Looks like a comercialy made machine. But I dont think the Xylotex would drive the hybred would it?

If you increase the motor size, PSU and have a 4 axis board then the Xylotex will work ok on the 4x4, but more suited for the 2006.

Hey joe thanks for the reply. So I need all new stuff for the hybred, Ill need to save for that one, I had bookmarked a company that was sell 4 gecko 203's and 750 inoz motors with estop and every thing else for $2500,00 but cant seem to find that bookmark, I think that would be what id need to run that machine. Im a speed demon, I want every thing fast because im so slow lol. I might do both and just finish 2006 first. I joind your yahoo group but it didnt show up in my groups so if you can can you paste the web page. Thanks Graham

2,500 is a bit much, you can build a complete g203v system for about 1,500 yourself with top quality parts.

Look at brians he made for his 4x4 Hybrid, it was 1,500 total.
