    motor acceleration and velocities

For those using Joe's 2006 machine and the Hobbycnc stepper motors . In the Mach3 configuration tutorial the motor speed and accelkeration levels can be varied [optimized]. Having no experience at all in this area I was wondering if any members have suggestions or perhaps levels they have found to be acceptable for good machine operation...mike hide.
