| Solidworks to G-Code? I am almost done with my first CNC machine which I will use to build Joes 2006 model. I would like to cut out a few pieces to finish my First CNC machine. I drew the parts up in Solidworks, but now I cannot figure out how to get from Solidworks to G-Code. I Have downloaded AceConverter which will convert .DXF to GCode, but I cannot figure out how to get my part in Solidworks into .DXF format. Anyone know how this is done? |

| BOBcad will import *.prt files directly in and out put G-code. If you are working in 2d then writing your own G-code for a simple shape can be done relativity easy. |
