    Wanna Sell Some Bearings?

Does anybody have any of the VXB 8 x 22 x 7 mm (#608-ZZ) bearings that they'd like to sell. Buying a pack of 100 of them... knowing that I am only using 36 seems kind of silly.... if I can find one of you who has 64 of them sitting on a shelf....

Anybody want to get some of their money back?

    Thanks!

    -Taylor

The ones I got on joes build I bought on ebay in 10 pack rolls. You don't have to buy 100, atleast not time I checked.

I couldn't find anything on E-Bay that wasn't priced in the stratosphere...

On the VBX Bearings site, they have 100 packs of the 608-ZZ bearings for $29.95.... or 10 packs for $4.95....... so it's $20 for enough to do the job, or $30 for total overkill. I guess that is why the guy who put together the Excel spreadsheet list recommended the 100 pack....

Maybe I should put a new heading on this list.... Anybody want to BUY some bearings?..... :-) I don't know what it is in my heritage that galls me about buying a bunch more stuff than I need. It has nothing to do with the $!0.... just hate the thought of 64 brand new bearings sitting in a drawer.....

I can be a buyer... or a seller.... Anybody else need these for their machine?

Good ideas from Canada and France.....

I think I will check out Walmart.... and the local Big5 sporting goods store. Maybe they have a solution that makes sense. Of course, I will probably burn up $10 worth of gasoline doing it.... but I won't have those 64 extra bearings sitting here! :-)

And a public Thank You to BigMike4U...... the package of 40 bearings arrived this afternoon..... and now I can sleep better tonight, knowing that I won't have 64 brand new extras to store........

    Life is good!
