Assistance comparing used machine specs for Joe's 2006

Hey all... I'm looking at a couple prebuilt Joe's and wanted to get some additional feedback besides the actual details on the specs I'm finding.

Here are the two to compare:

CNC Machine powered by a HobbyCNC board with 305oz steppers in all axis (X, Y, Z)
    Hitachi M12VC 2.25 HP Router
Sony Computer system and Monitor to drive the Stepper Board
5-Start drive shaft in X-axis with precision Anti-Backlash leadnuts on all axis.

    vs.

1/2 10 Acme lead screws all three axis
CNCRouterParts and dumpsterCNC - anti-backlash solutions for home and industrial linear motion anti backlash nuts
Nema 23 495oz in stepper motors, KL- 4875 power supply, and 5056 drivers from www.kelinginc.net
    CNC4PC.com C10 breakout board
    Hitachi M12VC 2 1/4HP Router
    3 Home Switches
Dell P2 desktop and monitor running EMC2 all setup

The one with 5 start screws should be 3-5 times faster.
