    Angle and v groove rollers

    Regarding Joe's 4 x 4 Hybrid...

What is the metal spec for the L angle? Is the angle susposed to have a square edge or a rounded edge to track the v groove rollers? Or, does it make a difference?

What is Joe's spec for the V groove BB rollers? Is VDX the best place to purchase these?

I searched the VDX website and was unable to determine the the actual size of the V groove. I would like to use the rollers on 3/16" square edge aluminum. Anyone see problems doing this.

    Thanks for your consideration.

Just take "C" (thickness) value from the VXB product page and divide it by 2, the result should be a very close value to the groove width.

By "edge" do you mean the ends of the "L", or is it the center of the angle you're talking about?
