CNC nesting file confusion

Ok guys, I would like to get started with my build, but all the different sets of files are confusing the heck out of me. I have a co worker that is half owner of a large CNC that I am planning on getting him the files for so he can get it cut out for me.

The only thing is that there are so many files and formats that I am getting confused, especially since they seem to be scattered in between all of the forum posts.

So here's what I am looking for, wondering if anyone can help. I would like all DXF files if possible. All seperate nested files for 4x8 sheets. Seperate files for 3/4" and 1/2" sheets of material, im not sure if both sizes are required for the build but, whatever i need for a complete build. Then a seperate file for the HDPE and that thickness, not sure if it's 1/2 or 3/4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as Im sure most noobs like myself just want the latest files in one place that they can take somewhere to get the material cut.

Attached are various files I used to build my 2006. I agree it is a bit confusimg at first, but once you start the construction it becomes clearer. if you ever have a question about a dimension or how something fits together, the 3d model is very helpful (solidworks file attached). All these files are avaliable on this forum (I did not create any of them). You just have to spend some time searching. The 2006 design seems to be very solid and comes together very well. Here's a link to my post with the files you'll need for the 1/2" and 3/4" MDF. I never made a nest for the HDPE because everyone uses different size sheets.

Keep in mind that programming the CNC requires a bit more than just using this nest file. You have to program depths of cut for multiple passes (if needed) and also various depths for the areas that do not go through the sheet.
