    Hi Momentz,
    A word of caution.
Just make sure before you have some one cut from the files that they are not for imperial sheets sizes and thicknesses.
MDF in Australia is all in Metric sizes
You may be very disappointed in the fit of the parts.

The Link is dead to the MDF nested layout. Does anyone have the nested files? Thanks!

    Waynewalty,

There are several revisions of Joe's 2006, which one would you like?

Whatever the newest one is. I have the zip file of Joes 2006 R-2. Just wanted the nested layout so I can take it to my CNC guy and have him cut it.

Thanks for the layouts. Total newb here, but is this all my cnc guy needs? Does a DXF contain the data needed for the dadoes and recessed pockets? I noticed in the EASM drawings that there are a number of recesses. I want to get this thing up and running, just want to make sure to get him all the stuff he needs.

Also, how thick is the HPDE?

No, it doesn't tell him how deep they need to be.

You can get the dept from the solidworks or sketchup files
By the way, if I am not mistaken, there is a piece missing from the MDF parts and its the "Router holder rear plate".

    Regards

Also I opened that nested pdf in draft sight cad and there was nothing there lol is there any way to get the full plans in dxf format plus a nested pdf that works? Maybe it's draftsight but all my other dxf files open and display fine

I don't see a nested pdf, but the nested .dxf's open fine in AutoCAD.
