I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way to cut the .75" wide x .53" deep grooves in the cutting bed for the hold down channels. This would maybe help to keep me from doing something dumb and screwing up that large piece of MDF. Thanks |

| 3/4" straight bit in a router with a straightedge guide. Make two passes. A plunge router makes it easier, as you won't have to set the depth. A router table will also work. If it'll reach, let the machine do it. That's the easiest way. :-)
