Q's about hold down channels

Hi all,

I'm just getting started, and also I'm a complete n00b. I'm looking at the aluminum hold down channels in the bed assembly plan. The plans show that these are available from rockler.com, but I can't seem to find what is being used here. Any help?

Also, what holds the hold down channels in place? Screws? Glue? Bolts? I understand that the channels are for T-nuts, so the channels need to be secure...

Thanks!

Thumbs up

Thanks! Now I know what he was talking about in the plans. I'm going to go out on a limb and get Incra tracks instead. They seem to be about the same size, with predrilled holes, and (at least according to the Incra instructions) made in the U.S. ... and I can get them cheaper and with no shipping at Amazon

We likes teh cheep US-manufactured stuffs.
