It has been pretty humid for the past couple of weeks and the gantry pieces are all somewhat warped. I brought them into the house which helped a little, but I ended up just getting a cheap dehumidifier for the garage since the machine has to stay out there once it's built anyway. I am going out of town for a few weeks and hopefully the mdf will flatten out while I'm gone.

I had that happen to the bearing supports (well pretty much main support)

Do you have the file for makeing the router holder? I have been attempting to make one and have not had any luck. If i could download your version it would be very much appriciated. Thanks
