    SolidWorks files

People have been asking me for the SolidWorks files of my router. I had them uploaded here and thought that they were lost during the last site upgrade. I did some digging through some old posts and found the link: http://cnczone.com/downloads/jgro_router_SolidWorks.zip
It appears to still be a valid file.

ps: could a moderator please sticky this post? Thanks

    jgro,

Good to see that you're still hangin' around CNCzone.

If you 'lose' any of the plans again I have them in all of the formats (AutoCAD DXF, SolidWorks, PDF, & Catia), that I know of, that you posted. I have them on at least 2 PCs and burned onto several CD-ROMs.

How goes it with your other projects? It's been a while since I checked in on your Boyer fire truck restoration. Do you have any recent pictures?

Thanks for your contributions to the DIY CNC hobby. I've been "playing" with my JGRO CNC table for over a year now. I never seem to get tired of watching it cut. Do you have any plans of building one of Joe's CNC Model 2006 tables? LOL, just curious.

Don't be a stanger and stop by more often.

but good to see you're still around, and you're probably tired of hearing this by now but thanks for your great contribution to the zone man, you've done quite alot of us a great joy with it.

when i load cnc_assy01.sldasm it asks me to rebuild when i attempt a rebuild i get an undefined rebuild error in cnc_assy07-1

sorry to ask if its an easy solution, it's only my third day with solidworks.

it shouldn't be something i did since this happened with my first attempt at loading it.

I'm using solidworks 2007 if it makes a difference.

and thanks for such a great machine i cant wait to start building it.

i think i found the problem in cnc_assy07

it's in mates and both distance 1 and distance 2 show an error of suppressed, invalid or no longer existent.

i see a value of .75 and the part thickness in .75 so i don't understand what's wrong with the mate.

but i just finished the mate tutorial so my knowledge is limited
