Check amazon for books called model jet engines, gas turbines for model aircraft, and gas turbine engineering handbook. There is a website for the gas turbine builders association. The wren mw54 is available as a kit and I know there are plans for it as well.

The best place to start is research. Lots of research. These things spin fast and can be dangerous if you aren't careful.
