| i'm putting an enclosure together for mine as well. i don't know if it will be fully enclosed with a top and all but at a minimum it will have a 3/4 high wall to contain the majority of coolant splashing around. |

| I have not yet loaded the mill. However, there will be a brace on the end of each wing to insure that the mill does not go out of level when the table is in an extreme left or right position.

| Have you considered what will happen with a large workpiece on the table and the table fully extended to left or right. |

| The enclosure is built with 16ga steel and also stiffened underneath the wings with 1/4" angle. The stand itself is all 1/4" steel and the mill is bolted to the stand with 5/8 bolts. With braces on the end of each wing to the floor I do not expect any difficulty with any off center load.
