I sent an email to IH a couple of weeks ago, I sent it to Support@IndustrialHobbies.com. I haven't heard anything back from them and was wondering if I used the wrong address to get a hold of them. What adress should I use to contact IH for a customer support question?

They were going through ownership changes then. I'm sure if you tried it again now, you will have better luck.

I have sent them e-mails in the past also and gotten no replies. You might try calling them. Just a suggestion.
