    electronics boards piercing machine

    Hi all,
    does anybody have an idea how we can make a cnc machine to pierce electronics boards (e.g orcad PCB) ?

    pierce? as in drill? Pretty simple really. A small XYZ table top router. Import the Excellon (called Thruhole.tap in ORCad terms) directly into Sheetcam. You can step and repeat the pattern in SheetCAM.

    If you want to route the traces there is a way to do that too.

    you meant a patched version , If so I could use emule , ever heard of emule?
    I only want a trial version with unlimited number of lines.

    just buy it, the creator of it is right there on the forum to answer questions or sometimes make changes for you. what more can you ask.

    .....that went well.

    What I didn't tell him is to route traces, the trace outlines have to be in DXF and the DXF format OrCAD puts out won't work (:-0
