Siemens 3tt restart

Hi Everyone
I have a problem with Index gs 30 4 axes for a long time stopped and don't know if defective,at restart of the machine the monitor don't display any message(blank),all led's of interface are light,the plc are restarted and the led on the link module are light .
I have a dubt about the module on the rack( 1 slot are empty but i don't know if only miss a cover)
Anyone can help me

Hi andrewipm
I have the same problem.If you solve this problem please tell mi how.
In my case i change the battery (3.6V three).then i reset the plc and than with pressing and holding first tree soft key and main menu key press nc1Now i have screen but i stopped here.I don't now how to recomission the mashine. Do you have any documentation of machine?I have only two book
My machine is INDEX GS30-4 whith C200 controll Sinumerik 3tt.
