After relaoding parameters from pcmcia card the lathe stuck with
Operator message NO. 2004 Hyd. ALM
Has anyone ever had this alarm?

AL-15 chuck clamp unfinished
This machine does not have a automatic chuck clamp or any detectors to tell if it is clamped.
Fanuc tech help tells me these are KIA operator messages.
Is there an english speaking KIA help line?

The operator messages are embedded in the ladder logic, cross reference alarm numbers with addresses to find common uses
