Hyundai HiT-18S Spindle Sleeve

Does anyone know where I can buy a sleeve that fits inside the spindle bore ?

Its for a bar feeder system and when using stock that's smaller so it doesn't bang around when the spindle is on.

(the size I need is 2 1/4")
