ATC PROBLEM

Dear Friends

We are having Hyundai V550D VMC With Siemens Shopmill system.

Atc Arm position is shifted little bit Backward so before holding the tool in the Spindle, it gets Unclamped & Tool falling Down.

We are getting Arm Position feedback from Muramio MS50 Controller.

We need the Position Adjusting Procedure & Manual of the controller.

You may find a motor above the ATC with a where you can manually wind the ATC arm with a ?13mm? socket. With our machine you have to wind the motor spindle clockwise until all the white lines on the cam gears behind the perspex window line up with the centre mark, where the LEDs are. It is a curious motion how the ATC arm moves as the speed is not linear, so once it is apparently wound to home position there are quite a few more ratchets required to line the markers up.
