Zaher,
I put a caliper on our T100M cable today and it is .725" dia. The smallest dia. was .710" (ours is slightly out of round) I think it is probably listed as .75" dia to be safe with specs. Of course the torch tube is 1.375" dia. for standard clamping.

Cheers,
WSS

thanks for the help WSS

do you know what the diameter might be if the cable is shielded?

you mentioned standard clamping for this torch, do you mean standard in size?or is there a standard clamp you can buy for the torch?

Zaher,

I think it is shielded. I have only seen one type and assumed it is shielded. The torch body is standard-ish,meaning it matches a lot of torches size wise. I know some of the water cooled hi def torches are larger but the most common is 1.375" , it is the same as a oxy torch body.

Here is a link to a nice aluminum machined mount on ebay:

There is no shielding on the T100 torch leads...the Powermax1650 is a non high frequency unit...so shielded leads are not necessary.

The torch info in regards to diameter and length of the body is listed in the system manual.....it is designed to fit in any 1-3/8" diameter oxy fuel torch holder.
