No pilot arc

hey guys different issue here with mild steel. over the past few days ive been getting sporadic failures to arc or a sporadic arc. i keep setting my torch height lower to keep it arcing but it eventually just wont arc at all. gas pressures are correct and consumables are good. seems like this problem has developed over a few days for no apparent reason. any ideas? im running a hypertherm hpr130

- What machine brand, what cnc control?
- What brand and model height control?
-What consumables, power level and gas (plasma and shield) are you using?
-What thickness are you having problems on?

sorry jim my bad, but we figured it out. we had a bad connection from out lead to our pilot arc cable. looks like our coolant line sprung a leak at some time and corroded all our torch contacts. luckily we bought extra parts so we replaced all the cables and the torch head and assembly. cuts like a dream now! will keep u posted.
