Arcglide with arcglide hmi via hypernet can't link

Setting up a new table with above configuration and hpr400xd manual gas and burny phantom. Arcglide gave error 31 and arcglide HMi gave error 41?

Address same for both at 1...

Any help appreciated...from the far east

You need to call Hypertherm Tech service....they will be able to help you with this setup.
