Was curious if anyone had some good settings for copper on a Hypertherm HSD130? I have found the 45A Aluminum setting seems to work ok for the thinner stuff but it does leave a little more dross than I would like although I fear this may be unavoidable. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

| You are on the right track following the aluminum cutting specs. Copper absorbs a tremendous amount of the heat from the process. Maximum thickness for an HPR130 with decent quality will likely be in the 1/4" range. Jim Colt |
