Error: GetHPRprocessinformation"

We are running a controlled automation cnc plasma cutter with a standard HPR260 power unit and command THC with auto-gas and are getting a dialog box appearing pretty regularly that says "GetHPRprocessinformation" When we hit the "OK" button it returns to running normally. Does anyone have any idea what this is and what the cause might be?

You will have to contact Controlled Automation. The Hypertherm HPR auto gas control operates from a serial connection that comes from Controlled Automations PC based CNC control.....Controlled wrote the code to communicate with the Hypertherm systems and it sounds like there may be some sort of a glitch with communication. You can also contact Hypertherm tech service....although I suspect they may send you to Controlled.
