Dear all. i am using powermax 1250 cnc on pusan rail. god i luv this machine but i have huge probs wit the smoke it creates.. its killin. its killin the work environment and I feel my employees would leave the job soon. i have no well prepared table below the cnc router i guess. i m totally blank about what kind of table i should make. i planned for putting water tables below the main table(where i put my sheets), but this hasnt worked really good. i have heard some blower thing works or some vaccum thing too. but how n how to make such.. any designs any ideas.plzz suggesst.. |

| If you go to the "machine project logs" or many of the plasma table build threads on this forum, you will see many designs and discussions on water tables with plenty of photos. Other than a water table, your only other option is a large exhaust fan pulling the smoke from below the table and exhausting it outside. |
