Have you heard anything or is my supp jerking my chain due to a problem on his end ? If they are out of stock this says demand must still be very good for your alls products Mike |

| The Powermax65 is currently the biggest seller in our Powermax product line. Each of the products (Powermax30, 45, 65, 85 and 1650) are going out the door in numbers that have exceeded our wildest forecasts. In the last few months we have added many new production personell, have added an entire new shift for assembly, and have added new test equipment. There are over 60 Powermax65's shipping daily, and when you add that to the numbers for all of the rest of Hypertherm's product line....yes we are extremely busy. To add fuel to the fire, suppliers of components (electronics, fans, other internal components) are having a hard time keeping up with our demands for parts....so occasionally the bottle neck is with our procurement for raw materials. The last production report I had recieved was that the 65 had an approximately 2-1/2 week lead time from the receipt of the order until the day it shipped. I will check to see if that has slipped out any more....at last report we were actually making progress and pulling our lead time in. Our goal for lead times on Powermax products is to be able to ship within 2 days of the receipt of the order....and we will get to that point eventually. It is possible that your distributor did not order the unit until a few days after your order was placed....they often do batch orders. Sorry for the delays....while it is tough to have product delays, perhaps it is a good sign of the economy as well! Best regards, Jim |

| Thanks Jim The order may have got held up a few ays, I bought it at the farm show, so they may not have ordered till the following week. I doubt that your competitors are that far behind, says alot about your product, kinda like dont eat at a empty resturant at lunchtime. Mike |
