Torch is in Lower Limit

Trying to cut a sign out at work, and when the table goes to cut the "S" out it will throw the error "Torch is in LOWER LIMIT on the pendent. I have try moving the work piece around and still same results. I have copy the "S" and placed it on another sheet and it cut it fine.

I'm using a Hypertherm THC on a Vicon table with Vicon cutting system software.

Any help would be awesome.

It sounds to me like your torch is in lower limit on the z axis slide of the torch height control, which means you may have a low spot on your cutting table and the height control cannot go low enough to maintain the proper height.

Try adjusting the clamping point on the torch....so that the torch is held lower in the mounting block on the torch lifter assembly.
