EDGE II controller(phoenix V.6) can not show error messages of Command THC

I use Command THC(without the operator pendant) interface with EDGE II(phoenix V.6), when the THC is error, I don't see the error messages on the controller.

    1. How to setting the controller, if the controller can show the error messages.

    2. the error "IOP CHECKSUM FAIL" and "RTP CHECKSUM FAIL" can clear by the controller?

Sory, if my english is not good.

You can also contact Hypertherm's US Tech Support through the website:

You will need to give then your machine model and serial number
along with the Operator Interface Version
You can find this information on te Diagnostic Screen
Also have the Model number and Serial number of your Command THC.

With this information they can look up your equipment and help you out.

It would be too difficult to troubleshoot the problem through this forum.
