Default argon marking with a 260xd

    hi all

i have been operating a 260xd for about 2 months now. i am self taught and can handle most jobs on the machine except for the argon marking function.
i have messed around with all the setting i can find and the machine seems to simulate an etch while the torch stays at the top of the x axis.
i know the machine is capable and it does take the enjoyment out of using this beast when i have to mark 2000+ cleats with a paint pen.
can anyone help a newbie with this problem?

    cheers
    ryan

The marking function is totally controlled by the CAM software from Multicam, your machine builder. The plasma is just waiting for the correct signal from the cnc file which is generated by the CAM.....contact multicam to get it working! Jim Colt Hypertherm
