Hpr 260xd cutting problem

Hi everybody . i have some issue with my hpr260xd .
when i run the machine .the torch goes down touch the material making gas test and the machine doesnt cut the material . it just crawling on the plate and
it looks like the plasma torch makes welding on the plate.

i have attached the pictures
