are a bit sketchy - looks like they are close to breaking (red wires) and there is one set (orange)
that was broken after removing the zip ties that connected everything.
I also found that one of the white wires had evidences of insulation breadown and there was
some minor arcing.
I do not have any issue with doing the repair work myself as my background is in electrical
engineering and I have a fair amount of hands on experience. I would however have someone

Hypertherm has a number of independent repair centers that do repair work on all of our equipment, including torches. The repair centers are trained by our tech service and training techs, however our tech service department does not often do these types of repairs themselves. If you want details for torch repairs....I would suggest downloading the service manual for one of our Powermax65 or 85 plasma systems from the Plasma, waterjet and laser cutting systems from Hypertherm website....this has all of the details of internal connections for the Duramax torch.
