Hypertherm 45XP Stainless steel cutting

Hi All,
I have hypertherm 45XP and i am trying to cut 1.2mm SS. I get very good cut quality on 6mm MS but very bad cut quality on 1.2mm SS even if i follow the recommended parameters (8000mm/min,45A,68V). I am not able to pierce most of the part and I am using brand new fine cut nozzle and shield. Any advise
