MAX200 hand tourch not working

hi all,
this unused machine, worked only a few times then it stop.
now they want it back,

The green POWER ON indicator is illuminated, the fans are working, the STATUS LEDs indicating all are ok.
In test mode, the valves are working, the air pressure can be adjusted in both gauges.
In Run mode , when START command is given , the DC ON indicator is not illuminated,
and the main contactor is not energized ,
I have then most of troubleshooting,

can you help me with this issue
the machine is : MAX200 . 073023
