Got my copy today. Will Hypermill ver 9.7 run in it?

hyperMILL is already certified for Inventor 2009. The release that supports Inventor 2009 and some other enhancement and corrections, with testing and assurance will be in included in 9.7 SP2, presumably by end of Q2.

Is there any more news on a possible release date for the HyperMILL 9.7 SP2?

Does Hypermill work in the 64 bit version of Inventor?

Hi SP:

Nothing yet on 64-bit. This is a combo of drivers on the market and our prioritization. We are hoping to achieve this during 09.

Thanks for the quick reply. The 64 bit vista machines are looking more stable all the time but I will stick with 32 bit for now.


Edit: I have noted though that there are a few nagging problems with Inventor on Vista 64. One has to do with the application not running (see inventor forums). So maybe it is not time to switch yet.
