Hypermill 5.1 DEMO MODE only. Help?

Can someone help me get past this DEMO MODE only warning.

I just reinstalled the software like this:

1.installed 5.1
2.installed CAM Utilities
3.copied the license hypermil.pak file into /OM/MILL directory
4.installed Sentinal driver
5.opened mech.desktop6 and selected INFO tab on toolbar and selected the .pak file. This brought up all the license numbers. OK and exited.

This worked before but not now.

First thing I would check is to see if the dongle is actually recognized. You can do this in InfoCenter / Info / Hardlock Info. If "No dongle found " is listed you've got either a bad dongle, parallel port inactive or (most likely) drivers not recognized properly by Windows XP.

He was helping. If in the info center, you do a "Hardlock information" and it comes back with the message "No Hardlock found!" than it does not matter whether you have the right .pak file or not, it isn't seeing the dongle.

Is the parallel port built directly on the motherboard or is it an addon aftermarket parallel port?

There was more to the story then what was displayed in this thread. I don't want to get into that.

As far as the port, it is located on the motheroard. I don't have any new information to add. I have stopped using Hypermill 5.1 as I could not get any support for it (other then here).Thanks.

I used this stuff for a year 7 years ago and it was rockin good software.
I copied it on the sly, but never found a crack.
It was mega license pack drivers, dongles, sentinals.
If anyone knows a of a crack I would be happy to share.
