    Default Re Installed Software

    Hi all (My First Post)
    really need help with this

We were using really old Hypermill software V6 SP
    Bridgeport series 1 Interact 2 TNC151 & 370
The PC this was running on was 12 years old had a floppy that didn't work and no USB
the only way to get a new program on was to burn to CD from my PC
I thought it would be a good idea to update it to a slightly newer PC
between myself and IT we fumbled our way through re installing the software
transferring the licences etc but we hit a problem so tried starting the old PC up
and worst ting that could happen,,,,HD fried

    Anyway that's the background info

When we run calculate we get an error message :-

    Hypermill Cycleoutput
    Operation 1
OPEN MIND ERROR = Cycle Cc not installed

No toolpaths show up, nothing just sits there

    Any Help Appreciated

PS please do not advise to contact Openmind they didn't want to know
just wanted to sell us the latest software the and there's no way the company will pay thousands out again
for what we use it for we're a small in house mould repair shop we don't use the software that often but
when we do its worth its weight etc

    Regards Eddie

Hi No we didn't talked to HyperMILL about updating software they were going to charge us over
5K for latest until I told them we were thinking of going with VisualMILL they knocked £1500 off
just like that and offered 2 free training places.
We decided to go for the VisualMIll anyway although dearer because of the history with Hypermill
We think the problem was the fact they used to come in and do things with there laptop ie updates etc
leaving us with no clue as to what they had done.
I trialled the VisualMILL first via FreeMILL download and got great results for our needs in just 1 afternoon,
    really easy to use.
