Hey, Im new to Hypermill, cause I have come to a new company, new software. Any aussies out there using Hypermill? Im having some difficulty with getting support.

Support in Australia is pretty poor. The dealer (John Hart) has a poor record of retaining staff and each time a guy gets proficient they seem to leave. They used to have a guy about 7 or 8 years ago that was very good and a whiz on the Mazaks as well. He actually cut their first 5x simultaneous job on a Variaxis for Austec 03! Cant remember his name. I heard from one of their service techs that he got shafted by management and left. Anyone know where he went?? Would love to pick his brains on HM and FJV.

Our customers regularly do simultaneous 5X work on Integrex and Variaxis machines using Hypermill. FJV is only 3 Axis work. Please let me know if you have any problems with Hypermill on on FJV.
