    Using Feature Based Macros

Anyone use feature based Macros in Solidworks? I am running SW 2009 SP5.0 and Hypermill v9.7 SP 3. Last week I kept getting an error that just said "hyperfact.dll" when I tried to apply a feature based macro. I hit ok and it seems to work. After applying a couple of different macros I try to optimize so the same tools can be put in order to avoid un-needed tool changes. When I try to optimize I get the "hyperfact.dll" error again and it doesn't optimize. Has anyone else ran into this?
