hardinge conquest T51 hydraulics not working

We just recently moved our shop location and in trying to get the hardinge up and running again, we are having issues with the hydraulics not firing up. (I have a bar feeder attached to it.) Tried a couple different things, but still not working. Any one out there have any advice on what could be wrong??

Check filters on pump absorbtion and direction of rotation of the pump.
