Help needed to truble shoot hydra power press brake model: GHS10010
Hi,
i took a contract to truble shoot & fix the problme of a CNC bender made by hydra power, i am new to CNC system, but familier with control panel side.
the press mechanism consists of two hydraulic cylinders controlled by main panel ( i will give details of it if needed), the condition of the machine i receive is one hydralic cylinder is fully up and the other inbetween, i will open it & folow the control diagram to check it further on thursday.
what i want to know is how to check the linear encorders that are fixed at side of both cylinders? the signals are directly routd to main panel, is there a provison on how to check it? what can be the cause for such miss alignment? if i fix any problem will it automatically return to normal? or any mechanical adjustment required? any further advices?
also i wish to know how this servo system works, to make sure both sides are moved with good accuracy?
i am new so if my questions are far from the reality please correct it.
Thanks
Razeen
