    BMC 40 MAX2 Memory Board

I have a BMC 40 Max 2 and while doing some PM on the power cabinet fans I noticed the led's on the memory board. This is one of the memory boards that have the batteries mounted on the board, ( we have several Max 2 machines with both styles, battery and Dallas Ram style ). The green led is on as usual but the first red led next to it is on as well. I don't think that has been on before. The machine seems to be running ok and so I am not sure what this is an indication of. Any help would be appreciated.

I have seen this before. It ma yb you have a bad connection with one of the six little jumpers along the front edge of the board. With power on the control, try re-seating the little jumpers.
Failing that, you may have a battery that's failing. Measure them, see if you have a low voltage on one.
