We have a lot of Hurco's in our shop all Max 2's and Max 3's. We are starting to have a rash of hard drive failures on the Max 3's and are having problems finding older drives to replace them with. I am also worried that the software keys (the one in the printer port) will go out. I have heard that they have a limited life. Is there anyway to copy and duplicate these keys? We are doing everything we can to keep these machines going. Thanks    |

| Why don't you just use laptop drives? All I fit to old MAX3 controls are 2.5" hard drives. Are you loading these yourself? If the old Dallas dongles fail, you can have a Peak715 cpu fitted and the software upped to 2.36 (dongle-less). |
