I noticed there is a USB on the back of the milling machine. I wonder if I have the memory stick can I upload and download from there? How does this work?

Does your machine have the Winmax control?

Some machines has been produced as ready for winmax. There is USB at the electrical cabinet. I fact it could function only if winmax is installed on the control. Ultimax works under dos.
