| i need some one in the ft.worth,tx. area to help me . i am trying to dn load bob-cad-cam g-code to my hurco bmc-20. it will not except it. i am looking for some one just to hire to come out and set it up to except it though rs 232 and figure out why the floppy drive is not compatable with the bob-cad software. thanks Darin |

| If it's a Max2 control, you can't use the floppy for NC program transfer (only conversational). Loading files will be by the serial port (round Mil-spec connector on the cabinet) and will need to have a cable wired from your PC to the mill as follows: Mill pin A to PC pin 1 Mill pin B to PC pin 2 Mill pin C to PC pin 3 Mill pin D to PC pin 4 Mill pin E to PC pin 5 Mill pin F to cable shield (connect one end only). These are for a 25pin connector on the PC. Set the com ports on both the machine and the PC to: 7 data bits 1 stop bit Even parity 19200 Baud rate The program to be sent must begin with a % character and end with an E |
