| The BEI MX series encoders rely on slip fit of an internal disk. The Base and disk are plastic and are low grade encoders. I used these for a few years but had some problems. They are cheap and I now only use Industrial grade encoders, they are more durable and last longer. Definitely do not use U.S.Digital encoders, they do not work well at all on Hurco's. www.amtsinc.com |
