| Is this a stepper motor cnc? if so, thats your problem. Your overworking the steppers and losing posistion, or your accel and decel is set to fast, also losing posistion. If this is a closed loop system, for any tool change, or when the program ends with a "M2" or a "M30", that will send the z axis up to the home posistion. a "M25" code in the program will also send the z axis up to home. |
