Hurco BMC 30 problem with spindle

Hi to all
I have an Hurco BMC30 (machine of 1984) .
The problem is that spindle doesn't work , I mean it doesn't rotate and
when i go to see the boards of machine there is a display that write
"-IOC" i don't know if it is -IOC or -10C anyway what does it mean and how can
i fix this problem.
help please
