| winmax for mill anybody got any experience with the new winmax system , waiting for ours to arrive but told its now not expected until nearer the year end ( not a happy bunny after spending all that dosh !) |

| Went to look at a mill yesterday at Hurco in High Wycome, with this system fitted. Very impressed with this system. We have Haas mills at the moment but we want to move on to 5th axis. They had a Nikken head connected up to it which worked very well within the winmax system. Dave |

| I had mine installed 2 weeks ago. Quite a bit different from the ultimax, but once you get used to the layout it is quite easy to operate. I added a wireless optical mouse and a wired key board. I also installed a USB port right on the side of the control above the floppy for a usb flash. There are some bugs in the program but was told a patch is 30-90 days away. |
