Who has the best tech support

We are in the market for a new mill and my decision will be largely based on factory tech support. Every dealer tells me all about "there guys", honestly i dont care. Dealers come and go I want to know about the manufacturer. I have used amada fabricating equipment for over 30 years and they still support machines from the late 70's Is there any machine tool builders that have that kind of reputation. I really want a hurco but i have heard horror stories recently, is this true???

I have both hurco and haas machines, the haas service is much better in my opinion

I suppose it depends on where you are. I am a Hurco service tech. If you were in the UK, a lot of our service guys are long term. I only rank third longest and I’m just entering 35 years...
